01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "enbet" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at enbet.onl and all associated sub-domains, applications, and services.
• "You" or "the Player" refers to any registered account holder or visitor using the enbet platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created on enbet, associated with a unique mobile number or email address.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the primary transaction currency supported on enbet.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any real-money stake placed on a sports market, casino game, live dealer table, or any other gaming product offered by enbet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or any other promotional value granted to a player's account subject to specific terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by enbet before processing withdrawals.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to deposit limits, session limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options available to account holders.

02 Account Registration

To access real-money features on enbet, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to registration:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age.
• You may hold only one (1) account on enbet. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited.
• All registration details you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. enbet reserves the right to close any account found to contain false information.
• You must register using a mobile number or email address that belongs to you personally. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your enbet login credentials. Sharing your password with any other person is done entirely at your own risk.
• enbet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Account Verification

enbet may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restrictions or closure.

03 Age Verification & KYC

enbet enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. This restriction applies to all Pakistani players without exception.

• Age verification will be required before enbet processes your first withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• If enbet determines at any point that an account is held by a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed. Any deposit balance will be returned to the deposit source after deducting any bonuses received.
• enbet may also verify your residential address and ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Acceptable address documentation includes a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months.
• KYC verification is conducted in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All identity documents are handled in accordance with enbet's Privacy Policy.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

enbet supports PKR deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, and Cash Over Counter. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 50. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. enbet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• enbet reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• Player deposit funds are held separately from enbet's operational funds.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. enbet aims to process approved withdrawals within one to three business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 100. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• KYC must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. enbet reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal.
• enbet does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Expedited processing requests may be subject to a service fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the request.
• enbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violation.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming on enbet is subject to the specific product rules applicable to each market or game type. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are placed at the odds or RTP rates displayed at the time the bet is accepted. enbet is not responsible for errors in odds resulting from technical failures, and reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, international test matches, and T20 leagues — are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). In the event of a disputed result, enbet will settle bets once the official determination is made.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee returns on individual sessions.
• Live dealer game outcomes are final once announced by the dealer. Technical disconnections that occur after a bet has been accepted will not result in bet voidance.
• enbet reserves the right to impose individual, account-level, or event-level betting limits at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a system error or manifest error affecting game or bet outcomes, enbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

enbet offers various promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is granted:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• Contributions of different game types toward wagering requirements vary. Sports bets, slots, live casino, and table games may contribute different percentages. Specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Creating multiple accounts, using a different identity, or co-ordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• enbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled, any unwagered bonus funds will be removed from your account.
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits that affect their ability to meet wagering requirements will have bonuses removed from their accounts automatically.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on enbet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the enbet platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players, including the co-ordination of bets to guarantee returns or exploit insurance mechanisms in live dealer games.
• Arbitrage betting conducted in a systematic manner with the intent to exploit price discrepancies across markets.
• Money laundering or the use of enbet accounts to process funds of illicit origin. enbet cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in any investigation relating to financial crime.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, impersonating another individual, or using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Any other conduct that enbet reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the platform or other players.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

enbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where, in enbet's reasonable judgment, there are grounds to do so. Grounds may include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour as described in Section 7.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that prevent enbet from servicing a particular account.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under enbet's Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, enbet reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where no breach is established, net deposit balances (less any bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the enbet platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game content, text, audio, and design elements — is the intellectual property of enbet or its licensed content providers. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content without prior written authorisation from enbet is strictly prohibited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the enbet platform for your personal recreational purposes only.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, enbet's aggregate liability to any account holder arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that account holder in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• enbet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• enbet shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• enbet does not guarantee the outcome of any bet or game. Gambling inherently involves risk, and players accept that losing their wagered funds is a possible and expected outcome.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, and retention of your personal data by enbet is governed by enbet's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. enbet does not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data is shared only with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and relevant regulatory authorities as required by law.

12 Responsible Gaming

enbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that support player welfare. The following tools are available free of charge to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically signed out.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from enbet. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. enbet does not market to self-excluded players.

13 Amendments to Terms

enbet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where the change is required immediately for legal or regulatory reasons. Continued use of the enbet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which enbet holds its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between you and enbet, the following process applies:

• Contact enbet's customer support team in the first instance, providing full details of your complaint. enbet aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days.
• If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to enbet's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from the support team.
• Unresolved disputes may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by enbet's licensing authority.

enbet does not accept jurisdiction of Pakistani civil courts as a venue for resolving disputes arising from gaming activity, as enbet operates under an international gaming licence issued outside Pakistan.
